Apparently, this website has had issues with forms being delivered. The Join XARC and Contact form had worked at one time, but it seems like they have not been working for some unknown length of time. They both are supposed to send an email, but these are failing somehow, and no notifications to anyone indicating as such.
So we apologize if you have tried to contact us, or submit the Join XARC form. We do get notified if someone pays dues via PayPal, though it is not always clear who the payer is.
These forms have been replaced with just an email address, so you will need to use that for getting in touch.
