We have scheduled our June general meeting as a virtual meeting. The meeting date will be the usual 2nd Thursday (June 11), but instead of our 6PM start time, we will start at 8PM, and it will be online (NOT AT WEBSTER REC).
We will be using Zoom. You should be able to get audio via phone or PC. A good USB headset with a mike is a plus on a PC.
One topic will be plans for Field Day. As of this moment, it is still on as far as we know. We will likely need to develop some additional plans/procedures this year.
Details on how to access the meeting will be sent out in a separate e-mail. If you do not receive that e-mail, message any of the board members.
