Greetings,
The XARC Spring Fox Hunt will be held…
- On Saturday, May 11.
- We will meet at 9:00AM for registration and instructions.
- At the Perinton Community Center on Turk Hill Rd.
- Plan to gather at the north end of the north most parking lot.
- The hunt will begin at 9:30 am
The hunt will feature multiple 2 meter FoxMitters (hidden transmitters), all on different frequencies. All FoxMitters will be able to be heard from the Community Center parking lot, and will be within a 5 mile radius of the start point.
All you really need is a 2 meter handheld. If this is your first
hunt, we can arrange for you to go with a more experienced hunter.
The goal is to have fun. Plan to join the hunters for lunch after the hunt — usually at about 12:30. The location for the lunch will be announced.
